RICHMOND FLOWERS III

Flowers has quickly established Collective Sports Advisors as a premier full-service NFL coaches agency. Led by a “football-first" perspective with an understanding of scheme, trusted coaching relationships and unmatched Industry experience Flowers understands the sacrifices, demands and needs of an NFL coach.

Flowers played collegiately and graduated from Duke university in May of 2000. He was drafted by the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2001 as a wide receiver and went on to play for the Dallas Cowboys, Barcelona Dragons and the Washington Redskins.

In 2010, Flowers was hired by Mike Shanahan as an offensive assistant for the Washington Redskins. After four years in Washington, Jim Harbaugh hired Flowers as an offensive staff member at the San Francisco 49ers. During his time spent coaching, Flowers worked alongside current NFL Head Coaches, Vic Fangio, Kyle Shanahan, Sean McVay, and Matt LaFleur. 

Before launching Collective Sports Advisors in 2017, Flowers was the VP of NFL Coaching for CSE Talent and the Director of NFL Coaches & Front Office Executives for Relativity Sports. He resides in Northern California with his Jedi-mind of a wife and their two amazing kids.
